The loft-style bed setup presents challenges with steep stairs, particularly for late-night bathroom visits or carrying luggage. The bathroom lock mechanism poses difficulties, raising concern about privacy and ease of access.

The hotel was placed in the very central location right next to entrance & in the heart of old town. It was impressive, spotless and with comfortable beds. The staff was nice and accommodating and gave us great advices.

Positive, The breakfast was tailored to my preferences and delicious! The room had a cozy setup with modern decor and a lovely garden view. The hotel is perfect location near historic sites and restaurants. Staff were super accommodating and friendly. Can't wait to return 😊

Charming stay in a lively town

Our mornings began with good breakfast choices served with a smile while we basked in the serene garden, an oasis just steps from the town's vibrant heart.

Navigating the narrow streets to the hotel proved tricky, especially when unloading luggage, which posed a challenge for those with mobility concerns like myself.

Suite was impressive with exceptionally comfortable bed. Our hotel was in a great location at a beautiful square.

There was the bountiful and marvellous breakfast and we truly enjoyed the location as well.

It had central location close to a late 15th-century church. And the area was good, just next door to the nearby square, and restaurants, squares, shops.

Enjoyed the cozy ambiance and beautiful garden that was just like a hidden oasis. The breakfast options catered to everyone's tastes, especially the delicious eggs Benedict-a true highlight of my mornings. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the attractions and restaurants in the historical center. On the downside, the area in front of the hotel felt a bit unsettling at night due to some unruly crowds. I also wish our room had a mini-fridge for convenience, as some of the light switches were confusing to operate. Nevertheless, the attentive staff was nice, the check-in was smooth and trouble-free.

Perfect and favourable location around 4-6 minutes walk from a Gothic church. Based next to a nearby shopping mall, the historic centre, and the center. The rooms with comfortable beds. Bountiful breakfast with the eggs benedict, helpful service.

We really enjoyed the charming garden and delicious breakfasts tailored for us during our 3-night stay. With two teens, the accommodations were spacious.

My kids wished for a kitchenette in our suite.

The hotel organized a guided tour to the castle and the beautiful gardens. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were super friendly. The location is convenient, and we enjoyed the peaceful garden area. It's also next to a golf course.

We did find the area in front of the hotel a bit concerning at night due to some unruly crowds, made walking back a little uneasy.

the stairs leading to the room were a bit steep but everything else was wonderful the room had high ceilings and the spacious garden was great for relaxing. breakfast was fresh and served on time

Casa Do Juncal is a hidden gem! Our stay was a good surprise with spacious rooms overlooking a charming garden. The breakfasts were really good, with a good array of choices tailored just for us. The staff was accommodating, we had everything we needed .

Parking can be tricky.
